Attorney Terry Zawacki is a founding partner with the firm where he practices Divorce/Custody Proceedings, General Litigation, and Wills/Trusts/Probate.

Terry is passionate about the law, and he understands that his clients expect a hard-working, consummate lawyer who is focused on delivering favorable results while effectively advocating for their rights. Terry has a broad legal background, and the determination, expertise and experience to tackle the most demanding cases. His commitment to his clients is to be accessible and responsive, and to handle each legal matter competently and diligently, in accordance with the highest standards of the profession.

While originally from the Great Lakes State of Michigan, for the past decade Terry and his wife have called Rochester their home and have securely established themselves within their community of friends and neighbors. Outside of the office, Terry cherishes time with his wife and their three young boys. He also enjoys the occasional golf outing, watching classic movies, and honing his skills as a marksman.

Attorney Steve Groschen is a founding partner with the firm where he practices Family Law, Estate Planning, Tax, Business Law, Appeals, and Criminal Defense.

Steve believes the best part of being a lawyer is helping people through difficult situations. He thrives on creatively applying his experience and education to solve complex legal problems. His philosophy is that lawyers should always explain the law in plain language regardless of whether speaking with the client, opposing counsel, or a judge.  Steve graduated with high distinction from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and Magna cum Laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. It is an innate quality of Steve’s character to deliver that same level of excellence when representing his clients.

Steve was born and raised in Minnesota. He enjoys the outdoors and riding his motorcycle. He spends his free time on motorcycle trips, writing short stories, and coaching youth sports.

Attorney Dave Samb is an associate with the firm where he practices Family Law, Child Support, Estate Planning, and Criminal Defense.

Dave has a fervor to proficiently resolve complex legal issues for the benefit of his clients. He is compassionate for those facing difficult times, and his passion is helping those in need through whatever legal challenges they may be encountering.

Dave grew up in Rochester, Minnesota. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter. During the winters he spends his free time on Minnesota’s snow-covered slopes.
